About the team at Pride In Preparation
The beginnings of Pride In Preparation started when Director Brooke Grieve was working in a different capacity for a major research and development company. Through her capacity handling various roles over the years, it became clear to her that many bookkeepers employed by the business were simply 'phoning it in'.
It was here that Brooke discovered a passion for problem solving the various accounting issues she encountered throughout the course of her work. Being forced to work out how to do their role effectively in order to make her own job easier, gave her the initial spark needed to begin down the road of creating her own bookkeeping company. Pride In Preparation is the result, and now offers these unique services to other small business owners looking to streamline and to in essence, make their lives easier.
Working hand in glove with small to medium sized business owners across a range of industries has given Brooke and the team at Pride In Preparation a unique edge against the competition.

Brooke is the principal contact at Pride In Preparation. She handles the lion's share of support and is always available for any clarification or guidance you may need along the way.
As a very down-to-earth woman, she enjoys anything to do with the outdoors including camping, 4WD'ing, and spending time with her family.

As 2IC, Dallas handles various tasks such as setting up business accounts and creating custom procedures for clients. He is very adaptable to any business needs you may have.
He enjoys various genres of music as well as playing his many guitars, and has a keen interest in all things motorsport and cars (with a soft spot for anything JDM and Euro).

Alice's corporate background also provides our clients a leg up when it comes to streamlining operations.
She enjoys keeping fit and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, regularly participating in fun-runs and marthons.

Alyissa takes care of various bookkeeping duties including EOFY filing, reconciliations as well as acting as PA to Brooke.
Her incredible work ethic is evidenced by her working full time at PIP whilst also attending university. She enjoys various areas of pop culture as well as having a borderline unhealthy addiction to Lego building.

Along with aiding clients by handling general payroll/bookkeeping duties, Stewart is also responsible for HR management for both PIP and select clients as required.
As a passionate passionate sports fan, Stewart faithfully supports his beloved Broncos and Man United, along with enjoying fishing and spending time outdoors with his son, Remy.

Being responsible for handling in-house file management systems, operations as well as client CRM platforms and inventory, Ruby's meticulous nature is a boon for our customers.
She values spending her off-time with her partner and dogs at the beach, relaxing watching movies at home, and is a mean baker!
